Floors that are exposed to heavy wear should receive a more thorough treatment at regular intervals. Vinyl vs. linoleum

The two different floor types have different properties that you should be aware of.
Linoleum is made from natural materials, and vinyl flooring from synthetic materials. Both floor types are soft, but linoleum is somewhat harder than vinyl. Vinyl floors withstand stains and moisture better than linoleum floors. Vinyl flooring is also easier to lay than linoleum flooring. If you clean the floor regularly, you will maintain the material and prevent damage that wears down the floor and makes it look ugly. On Linoleum, it is important to use mild cleaning agents on the floor, rough or strongly chemical ones can make the floor less shiny and, in the worst case, destroy the surface.

Scrubbing and honing provide clean, shiny and non-slip floor surfaces. It contributes to simpler and better daily cleaning, which in turn creates a better indoor environment. The polish that is applied to the surface protects the substrate so that wear and tear does not hit the floor directly. In this way, frequent changes of coating are avoided.
