COME TO WORK TO CLEAN PREMISES

Daily cleaning

WE TAKE CARE OF YOUR NEED FOR

Daily cleaning

By investing in daily cleaning such as washing the floor, contact surfaces, canteen/kitchen, toilets, refilling toilet articles and emptying rubbish etc, well-being in the workplace increases. Proper cleaning also extends the life of the floor and fixtures. In addition, daily cleaning can prevent disease.

In addition to proper and correct ventilation systems, regular cleaning is important to ensure a good indoor climate. As many as 1 in 4 workers are bothered by bad air in the workplace. Dirt and dust make the quality of the indoor air worse, and can trigger or worsen asthma, allergies, eczema and other hypersensitivity reactions. At the same time, it is important that the products you use for washing do not contribute to worsening the indoor air.

For a better indoor climate, one should also avoid excessively high temperatures indoors, because heating indoor air makes the dust dry and suspended. Also remember that more frequent cleaning is required during the pollen season and in winter. Daily vacuuming with a vacuum cleaner that has a HEPA filter is very effective in such cases.

We have broad expertise and extensive experience in daily cleaning and office cleaning. We know how important it is to arrive at a clean workplace and always provide good training, follow-up and regular quality checks. We offer tailor-made solutions for you as a customer and your needs and challenges.

Periodic cleaning

Periodic cleaning, also called temporary services, are services that are not carried out as part of the daily cleaning, such as washing windows, moldings, ceilings, heaters or premises/rooms that are not used daily. Periodic cleaning means thorough cleaning of areas that are not covered by daily cleaning.

What is a cleaning plan?

As in many other professions, it is important to have a plan for the work to be carried out. A cleaning plan defines what is to be carried out by periodic and daily cleaning, how often this is to be carried out and at what times the tasks are to be carried out. In the case of complex assignments, the plan must be a systematic description of the cleaning work in a building, with an indication of the areas, premises and objects involved in the cleaning. The advantage of a cleaning plan from Eurox Renhold is that you get an overview of what cleaning tasks have been agreed and on which days and times we carry out the cleaning.

What is NS-INSTA 800:2018

NS-INSTA 800:2018 describes six quality levels for cleaning, where 0 is the lowest and 5 the highest. This is how the quality levels at which it is desirable to lie in different parts of the premises are determined. In each room, separate quality requirements are set for the object groups floors, walls, fixtures and ceilings. The quality level of the cleaning is assessed using a visual check. An inspector then goes through the various object groups and checks whether the cleanliness corresponds to the set standard. However, it does not describe how the cleaning should be carried out, only how the quality of the result should be.
